Selection of other traditional varieties of Montefrío: Manzanillo, Guitoso, Carrasqueño, Lucío and Casta del Cortijuelo. Trees over one hundred years old have been selected.
It was made from very healthy olives, picked before ripening, almost green, which gives it a characteristic intense green color, with excellent fruitiness. Tasting: Balanced, with a sweet mouthing, slightly bitter, medium spicy, persistent, green grass, tomato and nuts.
